Nancy Raulston’s professional background includes extensive experience in the venture capital industry, selecting and building entrepreneurial companies. Her consulting focus and expertise is in developing individual and team capability for high performance in challenging workplaces.

“I was drawn to this work because I of the people I met in start-ups.They were bright, passionate and willing to take risks.They were the type of individuals who believed,“People say this is impossible…I guess we’ll just have to work a little harder.” I loved that! I wanted that! In order to work effectively with these clients I’ve had to rediscover the part of me that really believes the only way to fail is by never taking the risk to try.”

Ms. Raulston’s most recent clients include Apple, Infineon Technologies, Bermai, Gryphon Therapeutics, SkyPilot,The Red Herring,WaveSplitter, Cisco Systems, Lumicyte, Generic Media and several additional start-up companies. Her work includes CEO coaching, executive team development, organizational design, creating cultures to support business performance, and managing resistance and building commitment in organization’s experiencing a high pace of growth and change.

Ms. Raulston earned her B.A. in Mathematics from Occidental College and her M.B.A. in Finance from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the San Francisco School of Psychology, where she is completing her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.
