Nancy Raulston’s professional background includes extensive experience in the venture capital industry, selecting and building entrepreneurial companies. Her consulting focus and expertise is in developing individual and team capability for high performance in challenging workplaces.

Her work includes CEO coaching, executive team development, organizational design, creating cultures to support business performance, and managing resistance and building commitment in organization’s experiencing a high pace of growth and change.
Ms. Raulston earned her B.A. in Mathematics from Occidental College and her M.B.A. in Finance from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the San Francisco School of Psychology, where she is completing her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.
